Wanted for May 1st, Long term rental for non-smoking, hardworking, professional couple and young child. We have many years of references available. Ideally looking for home in Vic West, Esquimalt, View Royal or Gorge but will entertain all offers if they fit the family needs. Ideal home will have full appliance package, and will have off-street parking. Hopeful for fenced backyard and deck. Looking for pet friendly, but we do not have pets. NO BASEMENT SUITES PLEASE.
