WANTED: Large family home/Multi-unit property

We are a family of 5, all adults, plus a long time family friend seeking a long term home to treat as our own until the time is right for us to invest in property on the island. We are seeking a cozy nest to settle into for the next stage of life as we have grown into adults, married, and have chosen to bring our family together under one roof. We are seeking either a large family home, with at least 6 bedrooms, plus office space, or a multi-unit house/property. Perhaps you are tired of juggling renters in multiple units in a university town, and want to have the entire property taken care of by a cohesive family unit. We are investors, business owners with residual income, students of psychology, tradespeople, information technology specialists, gardeners, and landscapers. Outside of work we are artists, crafters, bakers, and mature, progressive, conscientious individuals. We are fortunate to be able to say that this pandemic has not impacted our financial situation, as we all have a high degree of security in our various fields. We are looking for homeowners who can match our stability to build a long term relationship with, until we are ready to build or purchase our forever home. We want our future landlords (this could be you!) to be able to entrust us with their home and feel secure knowing that we are capable of caring for your home and that your investment is safe in our hands. We are available for viewings most weekday evenings after 5pm, and on weekends.
