WANTED: Land or Space for Tiny Home Living

Hi there! We are looking for a piece of land or space to rent for our tiny home in the southern region of Vancouver Island. We are a young couple from Ontario who recently finished building our tiny house and are looking to make the move to the island. We prefer somewhere that is within 1 hour of Victoria. We are in our early thirties and have spent most of our lives in Ontario where we were born and raised. We spent this past winter on Vancouver Island and fell in love. We are looking for a place to rent starting October 1, 2020. A bit more about our house: Our house is self-built and on a trailer that is 24' long and 8'6" wide. The house is 13'5" tall. The exterior is cedar and we used the Japanese technique 'Shou Sugi Ban' (charring the wood) to seal it. We require 30 amp service for the electrical. We would like the ability to run a fresh water hose to the intake but we do have a fresh water tank if this is not possible. A septic or sewer line would be easiest but we do have a composting toilet if there is another source of greywater disposal. For heat we have a wood burning stove and also an economical electric heater.
