Hello there, We're a professional couple (Ph.D/Professor and researcher) seeking a rental unit for a 6-12 month lease (flexible) in Victoria/ Esquimalt area starting January 1st. Its a bit early to search, so checking to see if perhaps an owner has a lease expiring then and searching for new tenants. We're looking for a 2 or 1 bedroom unit, main floor of home, or floor with low windows, or a low level apartment.
