We are a quiet, self-employed couple in our mid-30's seeking a 2 to 3 bedroom whole house in or near Victoria for June 1, long-term. $2000 price quoted above is a ballpark of what we'd like to pay in rent, but it's negotiable. We have an eleven-year-old cat who is spayed & non-destructive. We've been residing in Chemainus for the past four years while I finish my undergrad at VIU. Now that it's complete, it's time to move back closer to town. We have excellent credit & are happy to have it checked. We have pleasant references from our previous three landlords spanning back 12 years. We have never had issues with any neighbours, nor do we have trouble paying rent on time.
