Hello digitally assembled landlord/lady/humans of Victoria, We are Bryce, and Shawn, two guys in our 30's looking for a relaxing and tranquil place to call home. if you choose us to live in your 2bdrm + Den/Office/deluxe cupboard under the stairs, you will be rewarded with clear and honest communication, respect for your home and yourself, and a general sense of integrity. Your house will likely gain more longboards and bikes, nerdy video game references, and a small orchard of pit grown avocado plants. Neither of us smoke any substance, none of us drink or party much. By day, we are a professional artist/Whole Foods employee, and a Group Home Worker. We have considerable experience living at in-home support workers. We are musicians and creative people, and are pretty well versed in the merits of a compromise after years of living in communal housing, both as hired supports and roommates.
