$12,345 · WANTED: House/Acreage with space to grow

Hello community! My name is Cody and I run a space called Collective Space in downtown Duncan (www.collectivespace.org). We are a coworking space that has many different members and aspects, and has been growing for 3 years... Until now, we are currently closed until the end of this pandemic. Regardless, I have been working with a core group of people to create a sustainable development space, a place where some of us can live, we can grow food and herbal medicine (not pot!), we can possibly set up our woodworking workshop and maker space, set up some IT office space for remote working, and generally support ourselves and each other and community in a collaborative way. We are looking for space to do this! It could be a full-sized farm, it could be a house with land that could be cultivated. The more infrastructure the better, but we can make do with what is available. I have a degree in Sustainable Community Development and Biology from Simon Fraser University, certificates in Sustainable Systems, Labour Sudies. I am a certified Permaculture Design Course teacher. I have been managing businesses, spaces, and groups for over 15 years with great success, finding ease and collaboration. Do you have land or know someone who does? We are open to a large project or a small project, and will treat your space with respect, we are willing to agree to your boundaries and make sure that things proceed in a way that is mutually supportive.
