WANTED: House or Carriage House for Rent

My wife and I are looking for a house or carriage house for rent starting March or April. The property can be in town or rural - anywhere on the peninsula, but not Langford or Colwood please. Both of us are professionals in our early 30's with our own businesses. We do not have kids, do not smoke, do not party (we are in bed by 9PM every night), and we have 1 outdoor cat named Max. We sold our townhouse in Victoria West because we need more space, but aren't ready to be homeowners. One day we hope to buy acreage. We both have superb credit, no criminal records, more than sufficient income, and will sign a 1 year lease agreement. We have not rented for a very long time, as we have owned the townhouse for 5+ years. We both have also been landlords in the past, so we know what is expected from tenants. I am also a journeyman electrician that does renovations, therefore you won't get nuisance calls about little things here and there! Of course we will also look after the yard maintenance. We would be amazing tenants, including our cat Max. We are looking for something in the $2000-$3500 range, and we must be moved out of our townhouse by May 1st.
