$1,800 · WANTED: Flexible accommodation: willing to pay extra

I am a 49 yr old male, non smoker, who is quiet, employed, looking for a 2BR (up to $1800) in Greater Victoria. I have budgies (small birds) as pets. Willing to pay 1/2 months rent + deposit, for a one week trial accommodation, before renting month to month, in order to confirm compatibility due to asthma. An ideal suite would be free of musty smells, cat hair, deodorizer smells, or off-gassing from newer reno's (new laminate would need to be at least 1 year old).
