Hi there, I'm a 30s female seeking a rental for Nov 1st. I'm open to a private suite or shared accommodation (roommates). I'm an excellent tenant with good credit and references (and no criminal record). Non-smoker/No pets I don't drink, do drugs or party. Seeking something clean, quiet, safe and secure that is centrally located within walking distance to downtown Victoria. Open to short-term or long-term depending on the rental. I'm very clean, quiet, responsible and respectful. I'm mature and have years of experience renting and like to maintain good relationships with landlords, roommates and neighbours.
