$1,800 · WANTED: Family of 3 Looking for Place to Call Home

I'm a single mom of 2 children (ages 12 & 10) for whom I share 50% custody. My current landlord loves us but he and his girlfriend are moving into the suite we are currently renting when our lease ends at the end of April. I've been self-employed and have worked from home for nearly 18 years. I also receive supplemental child/spousal support. My credit is outstanding and I can provide glowing references. We only have one vehicle. We are interested in a place we can call home for the long term - at least 2 years. A 3 bedroom is preferred but would consider a large 2 bedroom if it's in the right location. Rents between $1,700 - $1,900 would be considered. My children are enrolled in Saanich school district 63. We would prefer to stay close to the Royal Oak Middle School area but would consider other areas including Victoria and Saanichton. Our only pets are 2 quiet and sweet guinea pigs.
