$1,700 · WANTED: Family looking for a new home

Dear Future Landlord, We are a caring, down to earth family looking for a new home in Victoria. We have two girls, one is 10 and the little one is 3. They are as sweet and gentle as can be. We moved to Vic in 2018 and have been looking for the perfect rental since then. We would like to rent a home, somewhere where our girls can explore a bit better than just living in a small apartment. It would be lovely to have a garden, trees and to live near a park or the beach. ** Please note: at this point we are in great need of being in a more rural setting and would be open to renting in North Saanich, Metchosin, Sooke, Shawnigan, Cowichan, and other places. We are both employed. We don't have any pets at this moment but might consider in the right home. Our family cares about the environment, we love nature and being outdoors. We take care of our physical, emotional, spiritual and mental self, and practice compassion towards ourselves, each other and the rest of the world. We'll take really good care of our home.
