Responsible, conscientious, hardworking, and clean tenants

Hello: - We are a responsible, conscientious, and hardworking. - We respect others' property as if it were our own and we are constantly mindful of the wellbeing of our neighbours. - We keep our noise and activities under control inside and outside the house. - We do not smoke, do drugs, or host parties. - We keep a clean, organized, and well-maintained home, inside and out. - I work full-time earning a secure income and I have never delayed or defaulted on paying my rent (proof of employment and landlord reference can be provided). Our small family consists of me, a middle-aged single mother, and my two school-aged children. The children live with me 50% of the time: they split their time equally between their father and me on an alternating basis (shared custody).   We have an 18 year old female cat (spayed) who stays indoors and sleeps the majority of the day and night. We are looking for the following: - an unfurnished 2 bedroom or large 1 bedroom suite or apartment in any of the following neighbourhoods: Cedar Hill, Braefoot, University Heights, Mt. Tolmie, Maplewood, Hillside, Reynolds, Blenkinsop, Lambrick Park, Lake Hill, Mt. Doug, or Gordon Head - affordable rent: up to $1600 per month depending on accommodation and inclusions - full kitchen and on-site laundry - a long-term, stable tenancy We currently live in a basement suite in a landlord-occupied home outside of central Victoria. Although our situation has been very good, our childcare and work circumstances have changed and now require that we move nearer to my children's schools in East Saanich.
