Hi. I am an established, professional realtor looking for clean, safe, reasonable accommodation in the Westshore, Goldstream, Langford or Colwood area for my son and myself. He is 16 and attends an academy program at Royal Bay. We currently have a furnished rental with a lease ending June 30th as the landlord is moving in.
