I am a mature, tidy, and conscientious 1st year student at Camosun in search of a 1 bedroom or studio/bachelor rental suite for Sept 1st. Non smoker of any kind, no pets, no partying. I am hoping to find a place where I can relax and feel safe in the Victoria area. I am respectful and live a quiet lifestyle. My current landlords are happy to provide great references! My search criteria is as follows- Preference is something private with it's own entrance but I am flexible. Clean. Mostly or completely unfurnished. Full kitchen. Bright. Shared laundry is okay. Centrally located in Victoria/ close to downtown preferred. Longer term lease preferred. My budget is $975 all in.
