WANTED: (Bachelor or One Bedroom)

I am a 55 year old quiet, private lady who is seeking a self-contained place (bachelor or one bedroom) for myself only. I do not drink or party. I do not own any pets; however, I am not allergic to pets, and I do not mind the pets of others nearby. I am on Person's with Disabilities benefits (PWD); however I suit independent living and do not require assisted living. I enjoy taking courses part-time at UVIC and Camosun and doing part-time volunteer work. I require low income accommodation. I am a very reliable tenant, who makes paying the rent a priority, and I have never made my landlord wait for a rent cheque. My previous rental situation turned out to be a very long term, positive experience and I would prefer a longer-term situation again. I enjoy maintaining peaceful relations with my landlord and neighbours. I would prefer a place in Victoria on a bus route with regular, frequent service, please. I do not require parking, but shared laundry and internet would be appreciated. The move-in date is flexible; I could wait until January or February (for landlords who like to plan ahead); or it could be sooner. Thank you.
