$1,500 · WANTED: Apartment

Looking for a apartment for Aug 1 or September 1. I have recently been given 2 months notice to move from my current rental because the owner will moving into the property. I am 37 years old with a small well trained house cat that does not go outside. I am very responsible, very quiet non smoker non drug user. I have excellent references, I work full time, always pay my bills and never in my life never once was ever late on a rent payment. I currently pay $1500 a month and would like to find preferably a apartment in a building if possible. Do to bad experiences I am respectfully not interested in any basement suites at all. I am also open to any locations in the Victoria area as I work all over the south parts of the island. Thank you
