$2,700 · WANTED: 3 bedroom for dream tenants

We are a family of 3. Myself 40, husband 46 and 9 year old daughter. We currently rent in Gordon head but the house has just been sold. Been here over 3 years. This has completely blind sided us. We thought we'd be renting here for a long time. We own a marine mechanic business in town. Daughter goes to Doncaster. I work for our business doing admin etc. I'm really trying to stay in the area to keep my daughter in her current school. We currently live right beside my Mom and that's been amazing. I do a lot to help her. It's important for me to stay in the area to be able to continue to help her. Our daughter is also very close with her grandma. Our budget is approx $2700 incl. We are amazing tenants with great references. We both have a credit score of over 830. I enjoy and will do yard work and maintain lawn cutting. Thank you! Sheri
