Hey there: Myself (61 year young) & my adult daughter(36) need a safe, clean, AFFORDABLE 2-bedroom that will allow our beloved Cocker Spaniel, strictly inside Cat along with my daughter's BC GOVERNMENT CERTIFIED SERVICE DOG (which is legally not a pet.) Excellent references for both 2 & 4 legged family members :-) We have lived in Esquimalt for the past 8 years and love it here BUT are open to anything suitable in the CRD. The house, in which we have rented a suite for almost 4-years, has sold and the new owners (who take over on Nov.30th) have let us know they want our suite for family members.......sigh. If you want LONG-TERM tenants who are quiet, respectful & friendly, and have never ever missed a rent payment in the 12 years of being here in Victoria....then please contact us. Cheers!
