$1,800 · WANTED: 2 Bedroom Pet Friendly Suite for Young Family

Hi! We are a young small family looking for a pet friendly two bedroom in the Saanich/Victoria area. There's myself, my partner, our one year old and non-shedding labradoodle who is approx. 30 lbs. We are full time working professionals who you won't see during the week day--even our dog comes along with one of us. We are on the quiet side (even with a baby!) and like our privacy and hope to find a place to accommodate that. Things we are looking for are: dishwasher, bathtub, private entrance and prefer our own laundry, although sharing is okay. We are looking for a town home, top or ground level of home (no basement suites please) or ground level condo---not to be picky! 😊 A lot of windows and light would be ideal and having access to a little patio area or garden would be absolutely fantastic and we would take excellent care of it. We have been at our current place for over five years and love the location, but are definitely looking for more space. We have an excellent relationship with our landlord and can provide references. An important point to make is that we are looking for long term. I've mentioned that we are hopeful to find a place in Saanich, but are open to other areas in Victoria and even further such as Brentwood Bay/North and Central Saanich as well. Ideal move in dates would be September 1st or October 1st 2020. We look forward to hearing from you!
