$1,500 · WANTED: 2 Bedroom Accommodation for Newcomer Family

My parents and I are a newcomer family and we would like to settle in Greater Victoria for the long run. We're looking for a 2-bedroom accommodation option starting May 1st that's either within 20-min walk away from Michell's farm or within 15-min walk away from a 72 bus stop. We don't mind living with landlords and/or other tenants and gardens, pets, and children are always adored! We'll need at least 1 parking space, preferably 2. We are all financially responsible and hardworking and we cook delicious food. Upon arriving in Victoria, my mum will work with children with special needs while my dad will start his small business. I will be working part-time while completing my post-graduate diploma in Mental Health and Addiction.
