$1,800 · WANTED: 2-3 Bedroom family friendly rental

Hi there, We are a young family looking for an affordable rental in the Greater Victoria area. We are flexible on location but our preference would be Brentwood Bay/North Saanich/Sidney area due to where my husband works (for the right fit this is definitely flexible, but no further than Langford). We have one 2.5 year old son and are expecting our second in June. My husband is a professional Class 1 driver * I am a CSR currently working for BC Pension. We are looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom suite with in suite laundry or shared and with a backyard of some sort that we have access to. Please let me know if you have a suite coming available! Looking to rent May 1 or anytime after that. Could possibly do April 15 for the right fit! Our max budget is $1800. Thanks so much for your consideration.
