$800 · WANTED: 1bdrm or bachelor

For August 1st 2020 Gentleman seeking new accommodation, either a 1 bedroom or a bachelor's suite. I am respectful and respected. I do not smoke or use drugs. I'm rarely around the house, given that I keep myself busy with various interests, part time employment (which supplements my government pension); and occasional trips to the Gulf Islands, on one of which I recently lived.
