$1,400 · WANTED: 1 or 2 bedroom suite/condo/apt

My fiancé and I are looking for long term rental for June 1/15. We are 28 years old, both work Monday to Friday, non partiers. We do have a 7 year old indoor neutered cat, with reference as we've been at our current residence for 4 years with no damage. $1400 is our budget preferably with utilities included, but do have wiggle room. Reason for moving needing more space. Thank you!
