$1,300 · WANTED: 1 bedroom space for new mom and baby

I am looking for a place for me and my new son as soon as possible, our current living situation unfortunately no longer works since my new arrival. I am financially stable and looking for an apartment or suite that includes laundry access, one bedroom with space for his crib, and is walking distance to shopping and/or bus routes. I am very flexible when it comes to location, as long as a bus will get me around :) My maximum budget is $1300, which would have to include all hydro/internet/water etc. I am ready to move into a space as soon as I find something suitable.
