Hello! I am a non-smoking single female, private, keep to myself, clean & tidy, respectful, mature, considerate, and quiet, looking to rent a 1 bedroom condo (preferably ground floor) or suite with in-suite laundry, parking for 1 vehicle, and has privacy. I have a stressful professional full-time job so when I am home I am very quiet & private - I like to spend my free time reading, hiking, working out, and relaxing, so you don't have to worry about noise! I am looking for something that I can call home long term & is suitable to my peaceful & low key lifestyle. I really value my privacy so I am looking for a home & landlords who are respectful of that (and vice versa). I will treat your space with care. I do have a small pet (a 15 pound, 11 year old dog) who is quiet, very well behaved, & house-trained. She is more like a sleepy, silent, anti-social, snobby cat who just wants to hang out with me & sleep all day & then sleep all night:) I am willing to pay an additional pet deposit.
