$1,400 · WANTED: 1 bed / 1 bath rental

Hi there! I am a quiet, young professional that was recently hired to work at a company downtown. Only problem - I don't live on the Island! I am looking for a rental unit that would be available Nov. 15 or Dec. 1st, preferably with easy access to downtown Victoria (either by walking or by bus). If you are willing to do a long term rental, like a 1 year lease, that would be amazing! Disclosure: I currently DO NOT own a pet, however I am wanting to get one 6 months to a year after I move, so ideally you would be pet friendly. And if not, no worries, I would just be more likely to move out after 1 year. I swear I am a quiet, clean, respectful, 23 year-old individual, just looking for a 1 bedroom and 1 bath unit to call home. The attached photo is the most awkward school photo I've ever had, but it's my most recent one so thought I would add it in.
