$1,200 · WANTED: 1-2 bdrm pet friendly garden suite

I am a 32 F looking for a nice garden suite or similar for myself and 2 my cats for October 1st. Am a bit flexible so for the right place I may be willing to wait till Oct 15th/Nov 1st I am relocating from salt spring and looking for a quiet, private place to call home, where I will be working from home, possibly going to school part time and working on my music as well. I am a respectful tenant, am careful about noise disruption and am respectful of other tenants. Im not crazy into gardening but would be nice to have space outside for a few potted herbs and flowers. Open to different areas of the greater victoria area Not a partier, Not a smoker! Can provide credit check and good references! must haves: ~bathtub ~ground level/main floor as I have some physical limitations and cant handle a lot of stairs on a regular basis so top floor suites are out I'm afraid ~laundry - in suite or shared ~good wiring for internet ~1 bdrm not bachelor - although if I happen to find a 2 bdrm in my price range I'd be very happy as I would use one bedroom for office space ~in the range of $1000-$1300 and as I mentioned before, allow cats! in a perfect world: ~ideally I would love a garden suite in a well maintained character home, or to rent a small cottage with a homey feel and good light ~hardwood floors are bonus ~in suite laundry is ideal ~in a central location, as I said I'm open but would prefer to not be too far out of Vic ~2 bdrms, one for office Thank you for reading Please write me if you have feel I may be a good fit for your rental I ask that you please do not reply if your place does not meet my "must haves".
