$1,800 · WANTED: 1-2 Bedroom suite in Central Saanich - cat friendly :)

Hi, I am a 28 year old dental hygienist looking to move back to the peninsula with my long term boyfriend (30). We are both originally from the island and grew up on the peninsula, we are currently living downtown but want to make a home for ourselves in the Central Saanich area. We are looking for a long term 1 or 2 bedroom suite with in suite laundry that is pet friendly for our 10 year old kitty, we have a budget of between 1500-1800 not including utilities. a little about us: me 28 year old female likes to cook, spend time at home, and adventure outside of the weekends; hiking, going to brunch, ect; him - a 30 year old male works as an irrigation technician. we are flexible on move in date but would need to give months notice to our current landlords. thank you in advance :)
