Excellent tenants seeking excellent landlords for long term tenancy. We are looking for the right fit, not only in our home, but also in our landlords. In the current rental market this seems very difficult to find. We take a lot of pride in our home and are trying to find landlords who care about their property as much as we do. Who are willing to maintain their property to the standards they themselves want in a home. A little about us...we are a married couple (30 years) in their early 50's seeking a long-term rental home who are very responsible, reliable, clean, quiet and gainfully employed. Looking for a 2 bedroom house, townhouse, duplex, upper, lower or possibly a condo that will allow two older well taken care of indoor cats. Locations we are looking at are Victoria, Saanich, Central Saanich, North Saanich & Sidney, View Royal. Prefer in-suite laundry, a quiet neighbourhood and private area for Barbecuing. Thank you
