$1,200 · WANTED: 1-bed suite for working professional

Hi! I'm a professional audio engineer and electronics technician, and I need a place to live. I am 35, and NOT a partier, disrespectful, or a pet owner. I don't smoke or do any sort of drugs - I don't even drink much. I have excellent references, and the last place I rented (in Vancouver) I was there over 5 years without a single noise complaint, since I'm a decent human being and I keep my noise to working hours when nobody else is in the house. I have gainful employment with a local software company, plus I am attempting to start up my own business in audio engineering and electronics repair. I need at least 1 bedroom, laundry on-site, one parking spot, a kitchen with a proper stove, oven, and fridge, and at least 500 square feet with high ceilings as I'm over 6' tall (7ft ceiling minimum) and I need to accommodate lots of bookshelves. I'm looking for something under $1200 including utilities. I need to be close to Vic, so I can't accept anything in Saanichton, Sidney, Langford, Colwood, or anywhere further out. Available to move in now, or August 1st at latest, as I recently moved back to Victoria from the mainland. To be clear, I am NOT looking for roommates or shared accommodations in any way. I need a private suite or apartment. Thanks
