WANT TO RENT - Mature and responsible senior woman and daughter (proud to give references) looking for a newer 2 bed 2 bath UNFURNISHED home. We are respectful, clean, very particular and quiet. This would be a very long term rental - condo, townhouse, apt. building, with storage space. One level preferred but 2 level ok if master/ensuite is on main floor, in a quiet neighbourhood, clean and in excellent condition. Bright good size rooms and closet space. MUST BE in or very near Fairfield, James Bay, Oak Bay or Esquimalt, not more than 20-30 minutes from RJH. A little garden would be nice. We know what a lofty goal this is but we are sure it is out there somewhere. We would be the best tenants you could ever want, honestly!
