This is a vintage late 1950's Northern Electric HF130 integrated amp. I originally bought it to fit into a funky cabinet for a guitar amp but never finished (or started) that project. Northern Electric was the Canadian subsidiary of Western Electric and used many Western Electric circuit designs The amp uses a couple large Northern Electric transformers (R19080E and R19411B) and has connections for a 4, 8 or 16 ohm speaker. The tube complement is 2 x 6cm6, 1 x 6av6, 1 x 12au7, 1xv12ax7 and 1 x 6ax5gt. Inputs on this mono unit are labelled tuner, tape/TV, mag and xtal (cartridges). The phono selector knob allows you to choose: COL-NAB-LP, RIAA [so it appears to have a phono equalizer], EUR, ETAL, TUNER and TAPE-TV. This amp is in great shape with no rust and the lettering is sharp and clear. The unit and tubes have not been tested and is sold "as is". Cash only please, no grinders - text or email. https://www.radiomuseum.org/r/northernel_high_fidelity_amplifier_hf130.html
