$125 · Vintage 1940-1950 South American Painted Skirt
Beautiful, hand-painted, vintage 1940s-50s, South American skirt. Black fabric painted with metallic colours, on a full circle skirt. The painted young ladies have individual skirts consisting of two layers. Size can be adjusted as it has a tie waist band. This was purchased after WW2 and has never been worn.
