Furnished (mid-century modern/Bauhaus), pristine condition, gourmet kitchen, linens included. Views over private vineyards and of Olympic mountains. Near Island View Beach. Bikes available. The estate is a working winery and tasting room during the day, and rental is for the residence and recreational amenities only. Complimentary winemaker tour and private wine tasting for up to 6 included. Reserved parking for 2 vehicles. No smoking (cannabis included). No pets. Due to pool, not a good fit for toddlers. Max. occupancy 6. Please inquire if you're interested in weddings or special events. We are permitted to do up to 10 per year, but the rates are different for these events on the property and there are insurance requirements. No parties/events for the holiday home rental. The pool is unheated. If you would like the pool heated, there is an additional charge of $20 per day. The rental is a minimum of 15 days (local bylaw requirement). We also advertise on vacation listing sites, where our prices are higher due to commission costs. This is our direct owner rental rate, in $ CAD. Please note that the rental rate does NOT include the required 13% GST/PST (and additional $26 in tax per night) for rentals of under 30 days. Rentals over 30 days are not subject to GST/PST, but note that (due to complex new tenancy laws) rentals of 30 days or longer, while welcome, include an application process and lease.
