Position Summary The Store Clerk position is responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to customers and for maintaining excellent Store operating standards at all times. Key Responsibilities - Provides a high level of customer service by establishing contact, greeting customers and ensuring customer satisfaction - Maintains a balanced float while on shift and counts cash drawer at end of shift, reporting and accounting for any discrepancies - Initiates opportunities for additional sales - Faces and displays merchandise - Ensures products are scanning correctly and advises Management of any discrepancies - Handles products and operates equipment according to regulations and Company policies and procedures - Demonstrates consistent growth in product knowledge and product changes - Participates in maintaining a prosperous and enjoyable work environment for all staff Other Related Duties - Cleans and maintains Store and equipment according to schedules and policies - Maintains a consistent commitment to serving customers while working to deadlines We want our team members to have: Previous cashier experience in a fast paced environment ( 2 + Years) Previous customer service experience (2 + Years) Experience working in the retail or hospitality liquor industries (MUST have 2+ years) Open availability and flexibility to work nights and weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun 3-1130pm) We want our team members to be: Multi-taskers, efficient and accurate Friendly and dependable Able to handle pressure- and always with a smile! Interested in learning more about the liquor industry Requirements: - Must be 19+ years of age - Must have Serving it Right certification -2+ years' experience in the Liquor industry Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15.00 /hour
