VOLUNTEERS WANTED!

Become a Volunteer! The VTRA relies largely upon volunteer support to make our programs work. Through volunteer dedication and generosity, more than 140 children and adults with disabilities are able to ride every year. There are many opportunities that will enrich your life both personally and professionally. We are always looking for new volunteers to join our program. We get tremendous satisfaction from the work that we do and we have a little fun at it too! Volunteers act as sidewalkers (walking alongside the rider), horse handlers (leading the horse - experience required), grooms (getting horses ready - experience required), assistant instructors, stable management class volunteers, and much more! New COVID protocols in place to keep everyone safe.
