1980's Maitland-Smith ORB PEDESTAL coffee table. Hollywood Regency, Mid-Century Modern topped with beveled glass. Mactan Stone is a white coral quarried in the Philippines. The massive, smooth, tessellated stone orb that sits atop the coral feature exotically marbled earth tone veins. The modern design is perfectly complemented by the organic fractured facade. Although this piece looks heavy and monumental, the Mactan stone material is actually relatively lightweight and easy to move. Beveled Glass is 40 in. x 20 in. The pedestal is 16.5 in. T x 24 in.
