It is fairly private, has stunning views of the ocean, has forest trails, and is full-hook up. (wifihard/wired internet, water, septic hook up, hydro (30 amp plus extra 120v 20amp circuits to plug into). In search of someone who is somewhat outdoorsy, can fend for themselves, and pay their rent on time. This person would most likely need or want a vehicle, cell phone, and a job or something to keep them busy. Must be ok with living in area with wild animals such as bears, birds, and cougars. Short walk to bus stop and the space by vehicle is only 6 minutes to local store and 13 minutes from the sooke main/17 mile pub. Shared compost. burn barrel, and firepit...(we rarely use firepit).
