$22 · Top tube bike bag / phone holder

New, never used. Bought multiple bags on Amazon and selling the ones I decided not to use. It's a good quality bag but I decided to keep a smaller Topeak bag instead. Not padded but the exterior is stiff. Phone case is removable and attached by velcro.
