$500 · Tiny house parking

I am looking for a place to park my tiny house. I only require a water hose, electrical outlet and hook up to sewer/septic (although I have a Separett composting toilet I do have gray water to dispose of through a simple pipe). My house is neat and tidy, built to be on or off grid, runs mostly on my propane tank with very little hydro use (my highest 2 month hydro bill was under $40. I would like to move to the Saanich/Sidney area around May 1st I currently live in Campbell River but I would like to move south this spring
