Please read ad thoroughly, we are looking for someone with experience working around horses , thank you ........ small Tiny home for rent, with sleeping loft, and 3 piece bathrm, minimalistic living on a quiet rural area, not on a bus route, you will need a reliable car with good tires as we can get some winter weather, we are looking for a quiet non smoker , responsible, respectful person, PLEASE NO COUPLES. utilities included. Preference for someone with a horse wanting board as well, as we have room for ONE horse/pony only. our barn cat pulled most of her hair out she got very stressed with the last tenants dog, so sorry, no pets please. we are looking for someone willing to take care of the horses and farm in return for remuneration when we are away for extended periods of time, so you must be willing to be home , this would not suit someone wanting to travel a lot. Excellent care, EC coach, Full board for 1 horse is $550, includes, good hay, cubes, minerals and flax, good size dry paddock, seasonal turnout, all weather sand ring with a light, small trail circuit on the property, trails 10 min away, super rich and green summer grass for hand grazing, I would be interested in using your horse/pony if it is safe and quiet for private lessons.
