Vacation International is an Owner-Controlled Vacation Club which uses points to vacation at their 26+ owned resorts in Canada, Mexico, and USA including Hawaii, as well as providing an exchange programs with hundreds of partner resorts world wide. Our timeshare provides 96 points every year on the 1st of July. We have 428 points ready to be used immediately. A one week stay during high season at most resorts goes for about 50 points. The annual maintenance fee for 2020 was only US$766 which is very reasonable. As the accumulated points indicate, unfortunately we have not been able to use it as much as we wanted to. So due to circumstances we are selling it at a loss. Asking CAD$1,500.00 (paid $12,000). We will pay for the title transfer cost and will cover the maintenance fee until July 1st 2021.
