The Village Block Party - May 26th

When you were a kid, did you and your friends shut down your block for a neighbourhood party? There was probably music, barbeque and bowls full of watermelon? There were no cars to watch out for... just kids on bikes, trikes, skateboards... there was facepaint, streamers and the freedom to boogie in the street! The Village Block Party takes place from 10am - 5pm on Sunday May 26 and it will be full of nostalgic fun for the whole family to share. In the heart of Cook Street, strolling from Oscar to Chapman, there will be live music, food and artisan vendors, a kids' zone and more. The dog races will be back so get your pooch into training now! Come on down to the block and join the party!
