Territory Sales Representative

The Territory Sales Representative is a commissioned sales position requiring an ambitious, self-motivated independent contractor with previous sales experience and knowledge of the car business.

After a thorough and specialized training process, this individual will support and maintain existing relationships including prospecting and developing new ones. Providing the best industry training, service and support to our dealerships is integral with this position.

Lubrico offers excellent earning potential through a competitive commission and bonus structure.

This posting is for the Vancouver Island territory.

Job Duties

- Generate and follow through on sales leads
- Develop sales performance through new and existing
accounts
- Work to create, implement and follow through on sales plans
- Create sales strategies and customized presentations
- Manage client relationships, facilitating dealership needs
- Share results, increase penetration and profits, collaborate on
goals
- Interact with head office, sales team and management to
support sales function

Requirements

- Sales experience & proven sales ability
- Automotive industry experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint,
Excel, etc.)
- Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset, but not
required
- Incorporation is an asset, or must be willing to become
incorporated
