Sunshine Rescue Group: Dipsy

Dipsy is a friendly six-month-old boy currently in China with the rescue group Sunshine Rescue Group. He is looking to join one of his brothers by finding a home in Victoria! He will likely be about 30 lbs full grown. He is vaccinated, neutered, and ready for his flight to Canada to get a chance at life! Sunshine Rescue Group is located in Hangzhou, where pets were just banned in public from 7 am-7pm and any owned or stray dogs seen in these hours are killed. Help this guy get a chance at life! Dipsy is always playing with one of the other dogs at the rescue center! He has been well socialized and loved.
