Hardly worn RW & Co blouse with pretty pleating at the high, round neck for nicer drape over the chest. The sleeves are an amazing billowy concoction of intense gathers at the shoulders and then semi-sheer volume which is gathered by elastic at the elbow. The blouse hits the top of the hip on my 5'4" frame. For added reference, this blouse fits over a 42 C cup. Please forgive the storage-induced wrinkling! 18" (46 Cm) from lower arm scye to other scye, and 19" (48.5 Cm) from front neck to hem. The shell is 55% rayon, 45% polyester and the sleeves are 100% polyester. x-posted
