$650 · Summer Sublet on Cedar Hill Road

Summer sublet available May 1st for a 3 or 4 month lease on Cedar Hill Road! Two rooms available that can be rented together or individually in a 4 bedroom upstairs suite. One room is fully furnished (yellow bed) and the other comes unfinished but includes an optional couch and shelving unit. The rooms are $650/month each including utilities (TV and internet as well) with heat being the only exception. The rest of the house is fully furnished and has one full bathroom and a very large kitchen. The house is a 10 minute drive, 15 minute bike or 20 minute bus to UVic and is also close to the 28 bus route to get downtown. You would be sharing the house with two lovely roommates who are both 4th year UVic students.
