$1,350 · Summer Sublet in Beautiful James Bay, June 1st

Hi there, I'm looking to sublet my fully furnished apartment in an older, smaller, quiet building in the heart of James Bay. I'm flexible on dates, and can be very accommodating for the right person(s). My apartment is on a quiet st, beautifully furnished and cared for, in a no smoking building, and I don't have any pets. The bed and couch are brand new, and is a south/west facing corner suite. With small views of the Olympic mountains. I'm hoping to have someone stay from June 1st to August 31st, but can be flexible on dates as well, and include September. Also if you are looking for a place for just July, and August, or any combination of dates. I'm open to speaking with you. I'm looking for a caring person to care for all the plants in the house, and to look after the space as if it was their own. Cheers Cole
