Please note we are most interested in renting to one person only. Cute one bedroom suite on the lower level of our house. The bedroom has a window but is basement level and has lower ceilings. The rest of the suite, however is level with the backyard and garden and has normal to high ceilings. The suite stays cool during the summer. It has beautiful French doors leading to a seating area in the backyard. In suite laundry. Dishwasher. Bedroom is carpeted and the rest of the house has laminate floors. Big closet in the bedroom for clothes and storage. We live upstairs, and we aim to be top notch landlords fixing anything that you notice or just being a helpful and friendly neighbours. Please include a description of yourself, including what your occupation is, and whether or not you have pets. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis. Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the suite or on the property. Short walk (1km) to Saanichton village that has all the amenities and a lot of charm. Buses leave from our front door: 20 minute bus ride to Uptown, 30 minutes downtown; or, in the other direction, 25 minutes to Sidney, or 35 to ferry. If driving, 20 minute drive to downtown, 10 minutes to Sidney or ferry terminal. Rent is $1200. Six month or one year lease. Available July 1, 2019, or earlier if needed.
